Together, this team creates an environment where care is not only knowledgeable and professional, but deeply empathetic and relationship-driven. About CYC
At the heart of everything we do is the well-being and success of the youth we serve. Our team of over 200 youth care workers is dedicated to creating safe, welcoming spaces where young people can grow, and thrive. Trained in trauma-informed care, non-violent crisis intervention, and more, our staff are committed to meeting youth where they are, providing compassionate, skilled support every step of the way.
